The contractor must provide 6 chemical latrines and 3 handwashing stations, including delivery, scheduled cleaning services, and pickup across two separate training periods: June 12-19, 2026 and August 24-31, 2026. Specific delivery deadlines require all units at two locations (Tappen Springs and Neil Flatts) on Camp Navajo by 1600 hours on the first day of each period, with at least two service visits during each training window based on industry standards, and complete recovery by 0900 hours on the final day. The contract is a firm-fixed-price award with operations conducted between 0800-1800 hours on non-federal holidays. The contractor must develop and maintain a quality control program ensuring all equipment is fully stocked and functional with zero deviations from standard, with surveillance conducted through validated customer complaint investigations by the Government's on-site coordinator. All personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, and materials necessary to perform the services are contractor-furnished. The contractor must designate a contract manager available during business hours with full authority to act on contract matters, and must identify all contractor personnel to distinguish them from government officials. No special qualifications, security clearances, or data rights requirements apply to this non-personal services contract.
