About this opportunity
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service is seeking to procure Helicopter Support Services (HSS) - Type 1 through a Solicitation. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain helicopters operated by qualified personnel and equipped to meet the USFS's specifications for fire suppression, monitoring, aerial ignition, short-haul, rappel, law enforcement surveillance, reconnaissance, and other administrative missions. The solicitation requires offerors to submit a letter of intent to propose by August 11, 2022 and full proposals by September 12, 2022. Proposals will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process.
