The contract will extend for 60 months upon execution.

Pricing shall be submitted on a unit price basis for all line items as specified in the fee schedule, with contract pricing incorporating price escalation provisions based on the Producer Price Index (PPI) at one-year intervals, not to exceed 4 percent annually without special authorization. Prospective bidders must submit either an electronic bid bond of at least 10 percent of the total estimated contract amount or an alternative certified or cashier's check of equivalent value; failure to provide adequate surety will result in bid rejection.
