Sealed bids are due electronically through the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform by 4:00 pm EST on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. The project involves replacing valves for domestic water and compressed air in approximately 1,042 floor boxes in the North-South Building and upgrading sump pumps in both buildings' tunnel levels - specifically converting 12 simplex sump pumps to 12 duplex pump assemblies in the North-South building and 15 simplex sump pumps to 15 duplex pump assemblies in the West Building.
The solicitation requires electronic bid submissions only, with potential bidders required to create a free account on the OpenGov platform. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 5:00 pm EST through the platform's question and answer module. Technical support is available via chat, email, and phone. The project specifications detail extensive requirements for installation, materials, testing, documentation, and compliance with various building and electrical codes.
