About this file

The document is a Visitor Notification/Temporary Security Identification Badge form for the U.S. Army Watervliet Arsenal, governed by Army Regulation 190-13. The form is specifically related to a site visit for the Repair Building 110, Big Gun Shop Phase I project, with Raymond Pifer from USACE as the primary point of contact and Evan Cody from IMP-F as the alternate contact. The purpose of the visit is to attend a solicitation site visit, and the form provides detailed instructions for visitor processing, including requirements for foreign national visitors and past/present DoD employees seeking to conduct commercial activities.

The form outlines strict security protocols, including the need for advanced notice (24 hours prior for standard visits, two weeks for foreign nationals), mandatory sponsorship, and potential additional processing for visitors. It emphasizes the importance of providing complete information, with failure to do so potentially resulting in denial of installation access. The form is part of the security process for the Design-Build contract for repairs to Building 110, a 213,799 square foot industrial and manufacturing building, with the project valued between $25M-$100M and classified under NAICS Code 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
