Prevailing wage regulations under M.G.L. Chapter 149, Sections 26-27 apply to the project. The awarded contractor must provide a one-year warranty including twenty-four-hour service. Equipment substitutions are permitted only if submitted at least four business days prior to bid opening with detailed technical documentation demonstrating full equivalence.
