About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act (SCA) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. The determination applies to federal service contracts in Delaware County, New Castle (Delaware), Cecil County (Maryland), and Salem County (New Jersey). The wage determination is No. 2015-4215, Revision 30, last revised on December 3, 2025.

The document establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for over 200 job classifications across multiple occupational categories, including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, mechanics and maintenance, materials handling, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation. Wage rates range from $14.20 per hour (Chore Aide) to $55.66 per hour (Cable Splicer). All listed occupations receive health and welfare benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to $962.00 monthly), vacation accrued after one year of service, and a minimum of twelve paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer professionals exempt under 29 U.S.C. Section 213(a), air traffic controllers and weather observers receiving night pay and Sunday premium differentials, hazardous work differentials (4-8%), and uniform allowances. Contractors must obtain authorization for unlisted occupations through Standard Form 1444 conformance procedures, with final wage determinations made by the Wage and Hour Division within 30 days of contractor submission.
