About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division for federal service contracts in Arkansas Counties of Crawford and Sebastian (Wage Determination No. 2015-5141, Revision 32, effective 7/30/2026).
The document establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits required for all occupations performed under Service Contract Act-covered federal contracts in the specified Arkansas region. The wage determination lists over 200 occupation codes and titles across multiple occupational categories including administrative support, clerical, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation/mobile equipment operations. Wage rates range from $11.11 per hour (Taxi Driver) to $49.24 per hour (Flight Instructor Pilot and related positions). All listed occupations receive health and welfare benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, or $222.00 per week/$962.00 per month) or alternatively $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13786 ($283.60 per week/$882.27 per month). Additional benefits include one week paid vacation after one year of service, two weeks after two years, three weeks after ten years, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Certain technical occupations including Air Traffic Control Specialists, Computer Systems Analysts, and Computer Programmers are designated with footnotes indicating exemptions or special compensation requirements under 29 U.S.C. Section 213. Hazardous pay differentials of 4-8 percent apply to specific positions involving explosives, ordinance, or incendiary materials. Uniform allowances are reimbursable where required by contract terms or applicable law.
