The determination covers service contract work in Oklahoma counties including Creek, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, and Wagoner.

The wage determination establishes prevailing wage rates for over 200 occupational classifications across multiple service sectors including administrative and clerical support, automotive maintenance and repair, food preparation and service, furniture maintenance and repair, general services and support, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional services, laundry and dry cleaning, machine tool operations, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance and repair, personal needs services, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring and longshore work, technical occupations, transportation and mobile equipment operations, and miscellaneous occupations. Hourly wage rates range from $9.58 (Waiter/Waitress) to $48.51 (Photographer V). The determination includes mandatory fringe benefits consisting of health and welfare at $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly, $222 weekly, or $962 monthly) and vacation provisions providing two weeks paid vacation after one year, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after fifteen years of service. Additional mandatory benefits include eleven paid holidays annually and various hazardous pay differentials (4 percent and 8 percent) for specific work environments involving ordnance, explosives, and incendiary materials. Special provisions address uniform allowances at $1.35 per week, computer professional exemptions, air traffic controller night pay and Sunday pay premiums, and conformance procedures for unlisted occupational classifications requiring Department of Labor approval.
