The document establishes prevailing wage rates for federal service contracts in Idaho counties of Adams, Elmore, Payette, Valley, and Washington (Wage Determination No. 2015-5513, Revision 27, dated December 3, 2025).
The wage determination lists over 300 occupational classifications across multiple categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation. Hourly wage rates range from $11.90 (for entry-level positions such as Assembler and Counter Attendant) to $58.25 (for Nuclear Medicine Technologist). All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour up to 40 hours per week ($222.00 weekly or $962.00 monthly), plus two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years. Employees receive a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. The determination includes special provisions for computer professionals exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, air traffic controllers and weather observers entitled to night and Sunday pay differentials, hazardous duty pay differentials of 4-8 percent, and uniform allowance reimbursement requirements of $3.35 per week for uniform cleaning and maintenance where applicable.
