About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service employees in Georgia counties including Barrow, Bartow, Butts, Carroll, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Dawson, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Haralson, Henry, Morgan, Newton, Paulding, Pickens, Rockdale, Spalding, and Walton.

The wage determination (No. 2015-4471, Revision 37, effective 8/12/2026) provides hourly rates for over 200 occupation codes spanning administrative, automotive, food service, furniture maintenance, health, information technology, instructional, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, plant operations, protective services, recreation, and technical occupations. Rates range from $11.15 per hour for waiter/waitress positions to $57.25 per hour for flight instructors and air crew training specialists. All occupations listed receive fringe benefits including health and welfare ($5.92 per hour or $236.80 per week/$1,026.13 per month), vacation (2 weeks paid after 1 year of service), and eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer employees, air traffic controllers and weather observers (night pay and Sunday differentials), hazardous duty positions (4-8 percent differential), and uniform allowances ($1.35 per week or $3.35 per week for cleaning and maintenance). The wage determination includes conformance procedures for unlisted occupations requiring submission of SF-1444 forms to the Department of Labor for classification approval.
