About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division for Oregon County of Linn (Wage Determination No. 2015-5587, Revision 27, effective 12/03/2025).
The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees across numerous occupation categories, ranging from administrative and clerical roles to technical, health, protective service, and skilled trades positions. Wage rates vary significantly by occupation level, from a low of $14.71 per hour for carnival workers to a high of $67.71 per hour for nuclear medicine technologists. All listed occupations require fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week, $222.00 per week, or $962.00 per month), or $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706 for paid sick leave compliance ($203.60 per week or $882.27 per month). Employees receive two weeks paid vacation after one year of service, three weeks after five years, and four weeks after 15 years, plus a minimum of eleven paid federal holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer professionals (footnote 1), air traffic controllers and weather observers with night and Sunday pay differentials (footnote 2), and hazardous duty differentials of 4-8 percent for ordnance and explosives work. Uniform allowances are reimbursable at $3.35 per week when uniforms require special maintenance. The determination includes conformance procedures for unlisted job classifications requiring contractor submission of proposed rates via Standard Form 1444 to the Department of Labor for approval.
