About this file

This document is a Service Contract Act Wage Determination (WD# 2015-4281) for a standard area-wide wage determination covering administrative, technical, and support occupations in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. The wage determination provides detailed wage rates and fringe benefits for 99 different occupation classifications ranging from administrative support and clerical roles to health occupations, transportation jobs, and technical positions.

Key highlights include mandatory minimum wage requirements under Executive Orders 14026 and 13658, with wages ranging from $13.30 to $17.75 per hour depending on the contract date. All listed occupations receive standard benefits including $5.55 per hour health and welfare coverage, 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of service (increasing to 3 weeks at 5 years and 4 weeks at 15 years), and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. The document also outlines procedures for conforming additional job classifications not explicitly listed and provides guidance on hazardous pay differentials, uniform allowances, and other employment conditions.
