About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration, effective December 3, 2025, for Wage Determination No. 2015-4007, Revision 32.
The wage determination applies to service contracts performed in specific cities and towns across four Maine counties: Aroostook, Hancock, Piscataquis, and Washington. It establishes prevailing wage rates for 280 occupational classifications organized into 16 occupational groups, including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling and packing, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, and technical occupations. Wage rates range from $13.75 per hour for Messenger Courier to $56.29 per hour for Nuclear Medicine Technologist. All occupations receive fringe benefits including health and welfare at $5.55 per hour (or $5.09 per hour under Executive Order 13706 for paid sick leave compliance), vacation accrual of two to four weeks depending on tenure, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Computer employees, air traffic controllers, weather observers, and certain other specialized occupations have footnoted exceptions to standard rate applications. Additional provisions address hazardous pay differentials (4-8 percent premiums), uniform allowances ($3.35 per week reimbursement), and conformance procedures for unlisted occupational classifications using Standard Form 1444.
