About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) clarification response issued for a federal contract solicitation.

The document addresses a question regarding AKARNG's (Alaska Army National Guard) management of postage spending across multiple accounts and departments. While the organization initially indicated it manages postage across multiple locations—including dedicated stamps.com accounts for Fort Greely, Wasilla, and Fairbanks, plus The Armory account—the clarification narrows the scope significantly. For purposes of this solicitation, AKARNG will consider award for only one postage meter location: The Armory, located in building 49-000 in Anchorage. No other serviced locations will be considered for award under this contract. The document includes a standard disclaimer that in the event of any conflict between these clarification responses and formal solicitation documents, the solicitation documents shall take precedence.
