Exhibit #4 Painting Scope of Work (SOW)
Items Include:
Flight Tunnel, Air Trains, Containment Vessel, Wash-Down Recovery Tanks, and 5,000 gallon Tank (see Exhibits 1, 2, & 5)
Work Required (not all-inclusive):
1. Pressure Wash to remove the grim, rust and flaking paint from the entire Facility.
2. Prime all Bare Metal.
3. Apply First Coat of White Paint to the Facility.
4. Apply Second Coat of White Paint to the Facility.
5. Apply First Coat of Gray Paint to the H&V System and the box covers that run along the pad.
6. Apply Second Coat of Gray Paint to the H&V System and the box covers that run along the pad.
7. Paint Hand Rails Safety Yellow.
8. Radioactive Sign Replacements.
