About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W91YTZ25QA002 regarding furniture and equipment relocation services at Womack Army Medical Center. The document addresses nine contractor questions about the requirements and scope of work.
Key details revealed in the answers: This is a stand-by contract with short-notice moves (same day or next day possible) with no set inventory of items to be moved. No site visits will be conducted prior to award. The vendor must be capable of disassembling and reassembling selected equipment and furniture, being responsible for any damages. Climate-controlled storage requirements depend on the specific equipment/products being stored. No reserved storage space will be paid for, and it is unknown whether the BPA will be awarded to a single or multiple vendors. The work involves relocating medical equipment and furniture at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Liberty, NC and outlying facilities, with fluid labor requirements and short-notice service calls.
