About this file

This file is a Questions and Answers document for the Crestwood Annual Training Meals 2026 solicitation. The document addresses clarifications from potential vendors regarding meal delivery requirements and specifications for the contract.

Key details clarified include: meals must be delivered (not picked up) by the vendor; estimated daily meal counts for breakfast and dinner are provided in the Solicitation document pages 2-4; required delivery times for each meal are specified on page 4 of the solicitation under item number 6; meals do not need to be individually packaged, and bulk delivery is acceptable; and the vendor is not responsible for facilitating or serving meals, as the requesting authority will handle meal service on-site.
