The following items are applicable to this modification:

A01

a. The purpose of this amendment is to response to questions received:

QUESTION 1: BT ITM Frequency and Task

In accordance with the latest UFC 3-601-02 issued on 7 October 2021, the ITM frequency and task for Building Transceiver (BT) should be in compliance with the Clause 2-2.2 Fire Detection and Alarm Systems. Building Transceiver (BT) is described as Radio Alarm Transmitters and Receivers in the latest UFC 3-601-02. UFC 3-601-02 requires Radio Alarm Transmitters and Receivers to be maintained on an annual basis with task of operation verification. The term of Building Transceiver has been named by its manufacturer, MONACO international, Inc.

(1) Thus, we would like to ask you to review and Add the requirement of Radio Alarm Transmitters and Receivers to the annual frequency in current 8. Fire Detection and Alarm System ITM Task in the Attachment (Frequency for ITM) that you issued.

2) Additionally, we would like to ask you to Remove the current 10. Building Transceiver ITM Task.

From my knowledge and experience, the current frequency and task for 10. BT in the attachment were required arbitrarily by USAG-Yongsan DPW. However, most BT problems were not caused by BT-X itself, instead D21/D-500 received wrong signals such as Battery Fault or No-Reply from BT-X system. Actual problems came from D21/D500 not BT system.

Thus, we would appreciate if you review that BT or Radio Alarm Transmitters and Receivers maintenance should be compiled with the latest UFC 3-601-02.

For your information, I send the latest UFC 3-601-02 as attached. Please refer to the attachment.

RESPONSE 1: CLIN X001AK is deleted in its entirety. The Building Transceiver (BT) task is included in CLIN X001AH, Fire Alarm and Detection System based on updated UFC 3-601-02. The Technical Exhibit #2 (Equipment List) and Technical Exhibit #3 (Frequency and Task) are revised accordingly.

QUESTION 2: Individual Building Mass Notification System ITM Frequency and Task

The latest UFC 3-601-02 specifies the ITM frequency and specific tasks for Mass Notification System in the Clause 2-2.3 Mass Notification System.

1) Thus, we would like to ask you to review and Remove the current term "Including Individual Building Mass Notification System in 8. Fire Detection and Alarm System ITM Tasks that you issued.

2) Instead, please review and Add the Clause 2-2.3 Mass Notification System of the latest UFC 3-601-02.

For your information, I send the latest UFC 3-601-02 as attached.. Please refer to the attachment.

RESPONSE 2: Technical Exhibit #3 (Frequency and task) is revised IAW the latest version of UFC 3-601- 02.

I would appreciate if you provide us with the correct manufacturer and model number.

RESPONSE 4: Changed to as below:

Description: Air Compressor Oilless Manufacturer: General Corporation (Air Products) Model Number: OL900V/150ACT

For your information, here is information on the Air Pressure Gauge as follows;

- Manufacturer: VIKING
