About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for operation and maintenance services at a US Army communication center in Korea. The solicitation seeks proposals for base year services plus four one-year options, and involves repair and maintenance of administrative buildings, electrical, HVAC and digital control systems. Offerors must demonstrate relevant experience from 2019 to 2021, and provide licenses, resumes and past performance for evaluation. Proposals will be rated on business qualifications, key personnel, prior experience, technical and management approach, past performance, and price. The technical factors are more important than price. The amendment changes subcontractor experience allowances and documentation requirements. The closing date for proposals is August 18, 2022. The selected contractor must begin a three-month phase-in period and reach full performance by the end of that time.
