No, this is Firm Fixed Price Contract
2) Given the lack of site surveys, what are the expectations for the new vendor if awarded after a job is identified as deficient, past due on inspections or needing a pre-maintenance repair?

Will come to DPW O&M office to pick up keys from COR and return them to the COR daily.

This varies based on repairs, service calls and monthly PM’s.

13) Can you provide an explanation on why the contract jumped from $101,725.00 dollars to $496,400.00 dollars?
From 2011 to 2017 contracts the scope of the contract were increased adding more buildings and the quantities of inspections.

No
15) Can you provide a list of Modernizations and Repairs from 2017 to present?
No major repairs and no upgrades.
16) Can you provide the Controller year/ Install year for the inventory list since you are not hosting a Prebid/ field survey (technical list Exhibit 6 provided)?
No, I do not have this information readily available. There will be a site visit offered.
17) Can you provide the current hourly rate that you are paying for Straight Time?
The current contract is a firm-fixed-price contract provides for a price that is not subject to any adjustment on the basis of the contractor's cost experience in performing the contract. This contract type places upon the contractor maximum risk and full responsibility for all costs and resulting profit or loss.
