1. Who is the current contractor? What is the contract number? What was the award amount?

Government Response: Genesis 360 LLC; W91QF5-21-D-0004; $8,136,772.39

2. Is there a not to exceed Project for this Solicitation?

Government Response: No, the CLINs will have a not to exceed

3. Sir can Bid Proposal be submitted by email?

Government Response: Yes proposal will be submitted via email (use zip file)

4. Will the government be able to release photos in an effort to help with the proposal process?

Government Response: No, contract can request permission to take photos from the visitor station

5. Block #3 – indicates the solicitation was issued on 11/19/22. Is this correct?

Government Response: No, solicitation issue date is the date it was posted on SAM.gov 28 Feb

6. Block #13 – indicates no bid guarantee is required. However, this contradicts Volume 1 – Tab C which requests the submission of a Performance Bond on SF 24. Please clarify whether a Performance Bond (SF 25) or a Bid Bond (SF 24) is required.

Government Response: Bond will be requested / require at the individual Task Orders. Offerors must demonstrate their ability to obtain bond to cover 100% of the Task Order aggregate with verification from the Securities or Bonding Company. The corporate bonding surety must appear on the Department of Treasury Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570).

7. Block #13 – the blank specifying the exact time for the proposal submission was left empty

8. Is the original proposal to be submitted in hard copy? If so, please indicate the delivery instructions and the number of copies required.

Government Response: Proposal will be submitted via email (use zip file)

9. Considering the proposal package may be too large to send via e‐mail, can MICC provide a secured link to use to upload and submit?

10. Update the RFI cut‐off date via an Amendment to SAM.GOV.

Government Response: SAM.gov is updated with Solicitation amendment

11. Post the pre‐bid sign‐in sheet from the site visit.

Government Response: site visit sign in sheet will not be post. It can be email if requested

12. Provide the Davis‐Bacon Wage rates for the jurisdiction.

Government Response: Wage determination is included

13. Post “Fort Lee Paving Project” to SAM and specify its purpose.

14. Would MICC consider extending the closing date for the submission at least ten (10) business days from the original cut‐off date?

Government Response: Solicitation close date is extended to 1 April 2022 @ 5:00 PM EST

15. We are an 8(a) company out of Texas, we are registered to do business in VA. Currently we are servicing the Medical Clinic on Ft Lee- facilities maintenance contract. I see that on block 10 it says 8(a) small business and I wanted to be sure this?

Government Response: This requirement is an 8(a) set aside and is restricted to contractors within the state of Virginia.
