About this file

This document contains a draft price schedule attachment and pre-solicitation notice for a federal job order contract opportunity. The price schedule attachment provides a template for offerors to propose pricing coefficients for standard hours, non-standard hours, and non-prepriced work for a job order contract to support facility projects at Fort Lee, Virginia over a potential five-year period. The pre-solicitation notice indicates the contracting agency plans to issue a request for proposal around December 23, 2019 for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity job order contract with a one-year base period and four one-year options to be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis. The contract will provide general contractor services for maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects at Fort Lee. Questions regarding the draft pre-solicitation are due by December 19, 2019.
