About this file

This document provides guidance for submitting past performance references for a job order contract solicitation to support facilities maintenance and repair work at Fort Lee, Virginia. Offerors must provide details on up to three relevant contracts they have performed as a prime contractor or subcontractor, including the contracting agency, contract number, period of performance, awarded value, number of personnel, and relevancy rationale. The reference sheet requests contact information for contracting officers and technical representatives. Offerors must explain any contract performance issues like cure notices or discrepancy reports received. The related pre-solicitation notice indicates the Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Eustis will issue a request for proposal for an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity job order contract with a one year base period and four one-year options. The contract will provide general construction and repair services for facilities at Fort Lee. The response deadline for questions on the draft pre-solicitation is December 19, 2019.
