QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 3

W91QF019Q0006

Question 1: If my bid is higher than the per diem rates, would the attendee pay the difference?

Answer 1: Due to the fact that this is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable requirement, the Government will award to the contractor who is technically acceptable and has quoted the lowest price. If somehow a contractor who provides a rate higher than the per diem wins the competition, the Government would more than likely negotiate a lower price prior to award.
