QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1
W91QF019Q0006
Question 1: The synopsis states that third parties will not be considered. We are a third party, would we be able to bid on this if we were to provide a third party letter of agreement from the hotel?
Answer 1: Third party quotes are not being accepted on this particular requirement. Only quotes directly from the hotels will be accepted. The entity submitting the quote, must be the entity to which the contract would be awarded. The Letter of Agreement does not change the fact that the company is a third party so even with the letter, the quote would not be accepted.
Question 2: Why aren't you allowing third-parties to bid on this?
Answer 2: The Government considers third party quoting an unnecessary pass through on this particular requirement and therefore requires the quotes to be submitted by the hotels quoting.
