About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) response addressing site visit procedures for a federal contract opportunity at the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATC).
ATC will permit site visits for interested contractors. The government can accommodate visits on Mondays, Wednesdays, and every other Friday, with the exception of January 23rd, which is a Regularly Scheduled Day Off (RDO). All scheduling guidance, including information on location, base access, badging requirements, personal protective equipment (PPE), escort needs, and visitor limits, is available at https://www.atec.army.mil/atc/visitorGuide/visitor_into.html. Contractors should coordinate with the Primary Point of Contact, Jeffery Ford (jeffrey.c.ford.civ@army.mil), or the Secondary POC, Pat Hamilton (gillis.p.hamilton.civ@army.mil), to arrange entry and on-site access.
