About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) Increment II contract. The RFI seeks information from companies that can provide Capability Support Services similar in size, scope, and complexity to the attached IPPS-A Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is anticipated to start on January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, with a possible one-year transition out period. The Government is interested in identifying companies that can successfully take over the contract on day one without a knowledge transfer period, including responsibilities such as designing, developing, testing, training, deploying, and sustaining the IPPS-A Oracle PeopleSoft-based ERP solution, as well as managing and integrating multiple software release efforts. Companies are requested to provide information on their corporate profiles and responses to a detailed questionnaire by April 30, 2024.
