RFP AMENDMENT 0002 - Q&A
Question “A” (RFP Amendment 0002):
We noticed that on Amendment 0001, the conformed copy, page 114, Pricing is showing Volume II. Was this an error? Are we keeping the volumes as originally named such as the following:
Volume I - General Volume II - Technical Volume III - Past Performance Volume IV - Small Business Participation Plan Volume V – Pricing
Answer “A” (RFP Amendment 0002):
The administrative incongruity notwithstanding, “Volume V – Pricing” should be the correct labeling convention for submitting a future proposal.
-BREAK-
Question “B” (RFP Amendment 0002):
Can the government provide an estimated workload for the Taiwan CLIN x002. Should we be pricing Instructors and Courseware Development specifically for Taiwan or are we to just price support categories? Currently, Instruction and Courseware is priced under CLIN x003 International Support. Any information you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Answer “B” (RFP Amendment 0002):
Paragraph 5.1.4 and previous line item “questions and answers” 3, 7, 26, 28, 33, and 36 as published via RFP Amendment 0001, Attachment 11 therein, provide supporting context to the question being asked. PWS paragraph 5.13 (et seq.) entitled “Dedicated Case Training (FMS) Support for Taiwanese Air Force (TAF)” provides a list of specific requirements necessary for TAF support. Offerors can assume a squadron size TAF element requiring support as stated within the PWS. With this information coupled with the information previously provided, offerors should be able to extrapolate an educated pricing split for FMS Exhibit 3B hours between CLINs x002 and x003.
-BREAK-
Question “C” (RFP Amendment 0002):
When does the current, active, present day contract end for the F-16 WSSTS services?
W9133L22R3000
Answer “C” (RFP Amendment 0002):
The last day of performance for F-16 WSSTS services on the current, active, present day contract is 02 July 2022.
