| Note 1: The estimated travel cost for all periods will be established based on the Government estimate as follows: Base Period $60,000, Option Period 1 $60,000, Option Period 2 $60,000, Option Period 3 $60,000, Option Period 4 $60,000, and Option Period 5 $30,000. |
Note 2: The estimated parts & repair cost for all periods will be established based on the Government estimate as follows: Base Period $100,000, Option Period 1 $100,000, Option Period 2 $100,000, Option Period 3 $100,000, Option Period 4 $100,000, and Option Period 5 $50,000.
Note 3: Contractor may, on a monthly basis, invoice the lesser of 1/12 the Extended CLIN price or that amount minus any equitable reduction in contract price due in accordance FAR 52.246-4 -- Inspection of Services -- Fixed-Price for CLINs 0001-0003, 1001-1003, 2001-2003, 3001-3003 and 4001-4003.For CLIN 0007, Contractor may, on a monthly basis, invoice the lesser of 1/3 the Extended CLIN price or that amount minus any equitable reduction in contract price due in accordance FAR 52.246-4 -- Inspection of Services.
Note 4: Service Contract Reporting (SCR) is normally proposed as "Not Seperately Priced" as labor costs associated with the preparation of this report are included in G&A. These CLINs are included per Army policy and are not seperately priced.
