SITE VISIT
A site visit is scheduled to take place on Friday, June 21, 2024, at 9:00 AM EDT at the Geospatial Research Lab, on the Humphreys Engineer Center compound at 7880 Leaf Rd, Alexandria, Virginia, 22315. The building is the Cude Building.
Contractors are required to meet at the Cude Building to check in with Security NLT 8:45 AM EDT on Friday, June 21, 2024. Compound security guards verify the identity of every visitor entering the compound. For this reason, it is essential for all contact information to be accurately submitted ahead of time and for it to match the visitor’s identification document.
Offerors may not visit the Government site at their own convenience for site inspection.
Also, during all site visits, offerors shall not solicit advice or assistance from any Government or Contractor employee pertaining to quote preparation. Questions pertaining to the requirement shall be submitted in writing to Anna Crawford via email at Anna.Crawford@usace.army.mil once the site visit is complete. No questions will be answered during the site visit.
All vendors who want to attend the site visit are REQUIRED to submit the following information to Anna Crawford via email at Anna.Crawford@usace.army.mil NO LATER THAN 12:00 pm CST on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, in order to be allowed on base and accompanied through the site:
1. Company Name and Address
2. First and last name, email, and phone number of all employees attending site visit
3. Total number of employees attending site visit
