1. Was a survey for the building produced?
"An Asbestos Containing Material Survey Report was prepared by CEI-PARS North Atlantic, LLC, in December 2020. A Pre-Demolition Hazardous Materials Survey Report prepared by Mabbett & Associates, Inc, in June 2021. Results from both surveys indicate that no ACM has been detected in Building 15. See Specifications – Vol. 1, Section 02 84 16, Pre-Demolition Hazardous Materials Survey Report."
2. Is replacing the front vestibule part of the base tasks?
Line Item 0001 compromise the Base Bid, Line Item 0002, Replacement of Front Glass Entryway is an Optional Line Item. See Bidding Schedule.
3. Is just the front vestibule being replace or is the landscape included?
See drawing AD102, Keynote 16, Remove Concrete Pavement, Coordinate With Civil Drawings For Extent. See drawing CS101, Keynote 10. Install Door Stoop, See Note 6. Install Handicap Access Striping.

6. Please provide make and model number for circuit breakers to be added to the existing 2,000-amp switchboard. There is an extreme variation in the cost of different types of switchboard circuit breakers, especially if the existing switchboard is a draw-out type or if the breakers are obsolete.

7. The specifications call for 315-watt solar panels whereas one-line diagram is asking for minimum of 5-KW for each of three inverters. This would require a total of 48 solar panels. Drawing EP-703 shows 30 solar panels, and this seems consistent with the amount of roof space allotted for these panels. Please provide final quantity and type of solar panels and provide layout showing how they will fit in allotted roof space including mounting angle of panels and required safety walkway area.
"Specification 26 31 00 2.2.3 defines the minimum PV module size. Contractor to submit all PV components required to achieve the 15KW minimum capacity indicated on EP103 keyed note 1. Drawing EP103 keyed note 1 calls for the contractor to provide a minimum 15kW system EP703 defines the minimum string capacity. Contractor to submit the required number of panels and inverter to meet the minimum 5KW per string. Components shown are for reference only and not the actual quantities being installed."
8. Please verify that there should be five solar panels per string and confirm this will meet the minimum number of panels required to activate the inverter.
EP703 defines the minimum string capacity. Components shown are for reference only and not the actual quantities being installed. Contractor to submit the required number of panels and inverter to meet minimum 5KW per string.
