About this file
This document is an excerpt from the construction specifications for the East Brimfield Dam project, part of the Thames River Flood Control Project in Massachusetts. The specifications detail the technical requirements for electrical upgrades to the gatehouse at the East Brimfield Dam site, including replacement of the existing 100A switchboard and lighting panel, replacement of the gatehouse feeder from the utility building, and replacement of branch circuit conductors. Optional items include removal and replacement of floodlights, interior lighting fixtures, and the existing unit heater. The key details are: the NAICS code is 238210, the project is planned for March 2023 and will be set aside for small businesses, the estimated magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000, and the period of performance is approximately 180 days. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is the federal agency issuing this solicitation.
