About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W912R125QA005 for cot rental services. The document clarifies several key requirements and logistics details for the contract.
The requirement is for 6,615 total cots to be rented for 9 days, distributed across multiple locations: 2,450 at the Regional Office Building, 615 at Audi Field, 600 at Nationals Park, and 2,950 at USDA. The earliest access date for setup is January 15th, 2025, with anticipated contract award by December 30th, 2024. The government intends to rent rather than purchase the cots, and optional quantities require 7 days notice before delivery. The contractor is responsible for determining appropriate staffing levels, and while floor plans will be provided, pre-staging is not currently permitted but may be coordinated later. The government will accept multiple payments and allow use of existing facility refuse services with some restrictions. The Contracting Officer Representatives will coordinate with site managers for delivery and setup logistics, and final logistics meetings can be conducted virtually if needed.
