About this file

This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0001) to a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for the U.S. Army Reserves National Roofing Program (NRP) in Minnesota. The amendment covers roof repair and replacement construction for two specific facilities: MN001 in Arden Hills and MN005 in Buffalo. The proposal due date is revised to 25 August 2025 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, with the base bid period of performance set at 300 days from Notice to Proceed and an optional additional 175 calendar days for Option 1.

The price breakout schedule includes separate line items for construction and design work at each facility, with contractors required to provide pricing for both base and optional work. The scope involves design and construction services to repair failed or failing roofs in the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) roofing inventory. Proposals should be submitted via email to Christopher.M.Jackson@usace.army.mil, with the government reserving the right to award the contract based on initial proposals without further discussion. The amendment includes updates to specification sections, site location details, building layout plans, and site inspection reports.

NOTE NO. 1. To better facilitate the receipt and proposal process, all modifications to proposals are to be submitted on copies of the latest Contract Line Item (CLIN) schedules as published in the solicitation or the latest amendment thereto. In lieu of indicating additions/deductions to line items, all Offerors should state their revised prices for each item.
