PART 1 GENERAL

Amendment 0005**************************************************************

1.1 SUMMARY OF WORK

This project will supply resilient power to ARCENT Readiness Training Center (ARTC) at Camp Buehring. The project will connect the ARTC to Camp Buehring's power plant ring 4 thru new 1500 KVA transformer, install 1.5 MW new diesel generator and install a microgrid system includes 700 KW PV solar panels and a 1.5MW/1.5 MWH technically proven Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), all to be synchronized. The microgrid shall be load side interconnected to a new Main Switchboard (MSB).
