About this file

This is a Standard Form 30 (SF30) Amendment 0001 to solicitation W912QG25QA003, issued by the South Carolina Army National Guard on January 16, 2025. The amendment adds several previously omitted Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses to the base solicitation, including provisions related to small business utilization, executive compensation reporting, limitations on subcontracting, sustainable products and services, and prohibitions on foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems.

The amendment maintains the solicitation's core requirements for commercial hot catered meals and reiterates that this is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 722320 with a $9,000,000 size standard. The hour and date for receipt of offers is not extended. The amendment includes updated representations and certifications requirements for small businesses, including detailed definitions and eligibility criteria for various socioeconomic categories such as women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and HUBZone small businesses.
