Question 1. What is the make, model & kVA of each UPS?

Answer 1. Please see Section 5.1 of the Performance Work Statement in the solicitation for that information.

Question 2. Is this solicitation for maintenance only or maintenance & battery replacement? The price table only list maintenance, no battery replacement.

Answer 2. This is a requirement for battery installation and UPS maintenance. Please see the line items in Section B of the Combined Synopsis Solicitation.

Question 3. What is the make, model & quantity of batteries for each UPS if batteries are required?

Answer 3. Battery purchase is not required under this action. Replacement batteries will be provided by the government.

Question 4. Can you please confirm (for the manufacturer of the systems) that neither the procurement for battery supply & delivery (solicited separately and closed for quote submissions) or the procurement being solicited for the Preventive Maintenance services to include installation of government-owned batteries (W912PM22Q0047) have been awarded?

Answer4. Neither requirement listed below has been awarded. 1 is currently under evaluation and the other is open for quotes. See below:

Solicitation W912PM22Q0044 – For Batteries and delivery of those batteries only. This closed and quotes are currently being evaluated.

Solicitation W912PM22Q0047 – For UPS Services to include installation of gov-owned batteries (purchased separately), initial inspection and preventive maintenance. Currently open where quotes are due 9/16.
