About this file

This document contains Requests for Information (RFIs) submitted for Solicitation W912PB-25-R-A012, with a suspense date of 17 July 2025. The RFIs address two specific technical questions about the contract's equipment inventory:

The first RFI clarifies the meaning of columns in the Technical Exhibit 01_TIL UPS TB_List of Systems, explaining that the "# of UPS units" represents the number of actual UPS systems, while the "Quantity of single units" column indicates the number of batteries within those systems. The second RFI addresses a discrepancy between the number of generators listed in CLIN 004 (30 units) and the Technical Exhibit 02_TIL GEN TB_List of Systems (29 units), with the response indicating the 30th generator is a back-up unit that can be deployed if required by government instructions, and will only be included in maintenance cycles and invoicing upon specific government direction.

1. In the Technical Exhibit 01_TIL UPS TB_List of Systems there is a column with NR of UPS and a column with Nr of single units.

Which one defines the number of UPS and what is then meant by the other column?

Answer #1:

# of UPS units: The number of the actual UPS systems Quantity of single units: number of batteries within the systems

2. In the Solicitation the in Clin 004 the number of generators for service is 30, but in the listed Technical Exhibit 02_TIL GEN TB_List of Systems there are only 29. Will there be added or bought 1 unit in the future or will clin adjusted to 29.

Answer #2:

This is a back-up generator that can be deployed if required on the instructions of the government.

Should a generator be included in the maintenance cycle, the contractor will be informed in good time. Only maintained generators can be invoiced for accounting purposes.
