The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Answer vendor questions regarding requirement specifications.

2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

1. Question: Please provide historical data concerning paper towels, toilet paper and soap. Amount per year or month.

Answer: The Estimates for a month:

Hand towels per month (restroom areas only) ~ 55 boxes a` 20 packs Toilet Paper per month (restroom areas only) ~ 5 Packs a` 64 rolls (3-layer paper white)

Trash bags as required - (unfortunately, we don't have any details on this).

Liquid Soap as required - (unfortunately, we don't have any details on this).

2. Question: Please provide the make and model of the different dispensers (paper towel, toilet paper and soap).

Answer: There is no DIN ISO existing for dispensers, as stated in Amendment 0002.

Attached please find pictures for the paper towel dispenser, toilet paper holder, and soap dispenser.

3. Question: Please provide a list of the chemicals currently used at the installations.

Answer: See PWS 7.5.1.6, and 6.0 Deliverables A008. The Contractor needs to provide a list to the COR, 5 days after award, of all material and cleaning components used, for approval.

7.5.1.6 Material and Cleaning Components:

All material or cleaning components used shall be in accordance with hazardous material regulations (Gefahrstoffverordnung) and have a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) (Sicherheitsdatenblatt). The MSDS shall be available, in English and local language, in all designated storage areas were material and cleaning components are stored. The Contractor shall provide the MSDS to the COR for all materials (hazardous or non-hazardous) acquired including toxic and flammable materials. All cleaning supplies, equipment and materials shall be of commercial standard or equivalent quality and conform to applicable specifications. Equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, polishing machines, etc. shall be industrial strength and kept in operating order and designed to perform the type of work prescribed in this PWS.
