Building Control
It is recommended that the overall lighting control be maintained by a building wide networked distributed lighting control system using either CAT5 or low voltage cable to maintain and schedule the lighting control devices. This control system shall be capable of interfacing with other building energy management systems.
Acuity Controls nLight System
Alternate by Eaton DLVP System or other pre approved system by Leviton or Lutron
Note that the space specific controls are based upon Acuity nLight system. If an alternate manufacturer is provided then corresponding control devices from the approved manufacturer shall be required.
All luminaires, if capable, shall be pre-enabled for the approved lighting control system if possible. Those not capable shall require whatever interface device the control manufacturer deems necessary to provide the described operation noted herein.
100, 111 Vestibule Provide local control with pilot light at Front Desk for manual on/off capability. Tie onto Building Management System for Scheduled On/Off
Acuity Controls nLight nPODM series on/off switch; (1) switch required. All switches in the Front Desk area shall be labeled and ganged together under a common faceplate
101 Entry Lobby Entry lobby shall be locally controlled by an on/off switch at the Front Desk. Tie into Building management System for scheduled on/off

103, 121, 117, Corridors Locate local on/off control switch at each end of the corridor. For longer corridors, provide ceiling mounted occupancy sensors (quantity as require by the control system topography).
For shorter corridors (20' in length or less), motion sensors integrated into wall switch is acceptable. Upon sensing no movement after 20 minutes luminaries shall be dimmed to 50%. After 20 additional minutes, luminaires shall be turned off. Luminaires shall also be capable of being scheduled off via overall building control. When luminaires are off, upon sensing motion luminaires shall be turned to full on.

125 Open Office Provide on/off switch at each entry point into the space. Fixtures are specified with occupancy sensors and photocells. Fixtures shall be required to be manually turned on upon entry into the space. Photocells shall provide continuous dimming in response to available daylight. Upon no motion being sensed for 20 minutes the luminaries shall be turned off. Luminaires shall be capable of being manually turned off. Luminaires shall be capable of being scheduled off via overall building control.
Fixtures shall be equipped with manufacturer provided occupancy sensors and photo sensors. Provide one (1) nLight nPODM switch at each entry point into the space.

2 THE SYSTEM SHALL INTERFACE WITH THIRD PARTY BUILDING
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (BMS) TO SUPPORT COMMUNICATION USING
STANDARD BACnet PROTOCOLS.
