UPPER RIVER LAND REPAIR
W912P9-19-R-0015
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
1.) I am looking over the solicitations for the Upper and Lower River Land Repair and will have questions.
I do not see anywhere the link to submit the questions. Will that be used or do we need to send them to you?
CT RESPONSE:
Please send all questions by email to Barrietta.Killiebrew@usace.army.mil
2.) We have had several inquiries regarding prices for stone, if required , delivered by barge. Will the Corps of Engineers accept barge displacement for measurement and payment versus trucked scale tickets?
CT RESPONSE:
The Government will specify within a task order when it is necessary that stone and/or other materials are to be delivered by barge to a specific worksite. The Government will accept barge displacement for measurement and payment at that time. The Government will plan to take onsite measurements throughout the duration of each individual project to verify material quantities. At a minimum the Government shall take measurements at the beginning, middle, and end of each project and shall require that the contractor be onsite during this process so that both the Government and the Contractor can verify and agree on measurements.
3.) Upon review of the above referenced solicitation, page 69 under "Local Clauses" lists a NAICS code for this acquisition as 237990, which is a small business size standard of $36.5M. Is this correct?
CT RESPONSE:
Correction to the Solicitation page 69 under “Local Clause “ should state NAICS Code for this acquisition as 238910, which is a small business size standard of $15.0 M.
4.) Upon review of the above referenced solicitation, page 84 first sentence states, “There are three (2) sub-factors associated with this evaluation factor.” Please clarify if its (2) or (3).
CT RESPONSE:
Correction to the Solicitation page 84 first sentence should state:
There are two (2) sub-factors associated with this evaluation factor.
