About this file

This modification amends a solicitation for construction services related to hurricane and storm damage risk reduction projects along the West Shore of Lake Pontchartrain in St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana. The scope of work includes levee reaches, drainage structures, an I-10 floodwall crossing, and associated levees. The pre-bid question response period has been extended to August 22, 2023 at 11:00 AM CST for bid opening. Bidders are responsible for furnishing and paying for vibration monitoring during pile driving and extraction activities to prevent damage to completed concrete structures. Confirmation is provided that bids are due by August 10, 2022 at 10:00 AM CST, with bid opening at 11:00 AM CST on the same date. A request to further extend the bid due to other related solicitations closing in proximity was denied due to the volume of fiscal year-end procurements requiring award.
