About this file

This solicitation amendment modifies an earlier solicitation for the Mountain Home National Cemetery Improvements project. Key changes include extending the bid due date from June 15 to June 22, 2020 at 1:00 PM. The project involves demolishing the existing administration building and storage shed, constructing a new restroom building with informational kiosk, modifying the committal shelter, replacing flagpole lights, resurfacing select roads, upgrading the maintenance yard, and installing an irrigation system across the 43-acre cemetery. Revisions to plans and specifications include updated drawings, specifications, and bid schedule. Seven questions and answers from a site visit are also provided addressing bid bonds, building dimensions, structural beams, post details, bollard locations, door locks and finishes, and slat materials. The solicitation is issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District for the Department of the Army.
