Synopsis

• Complete a renovation/remodeling of Bldg 5.

• Solicited as Invitation for Bid.

• Project is being Set Aside for SB Women Owned

• Magnitude: $250,000 to $500,000.

• A Firm-Fixed Price Contract will be awarded.

• Award will be made based on PRICE.

• Must submit all documents shown in Section 00010, Item 10.

• Failure to furnish a complete bid package may result in elimination from competition.

• All Bid Prices will be opened and read/displayed publically during Bid Opening.

• A Compliance Review of Bid Package and a Determination of Responsibility will not be done publically.

• Therefore, only the APPARENT LOW BIDDER will be determined on-site.
