About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for lodging services for the Virginia National Guard (VaNG) in the Fort Belvoir and Fairfax areas. The five-year contract requires contractors to provide single and double occupancy, non-smoking hotel rooms within a ten-mile radius of specified locations, with rooms meeting specific quality and safety standards including midscale amenities, clean and functional bathrooms, secure access, and standard hotel accommodations like internet, television, refrigerator, and microwave.

The PWS includes strict performance requirements, such as providing alternative rooms within 30 minutes if initial rooms do not meet standards, limiting occupancy to two people per room with separate beds, and ensuring a safe, crime-free environment. The contractor must protect unclassified information, maintain room security, and comply with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations. The government will conduct random sampling to evaluate contractor performance, with an acceptable quality level of no more than two incidents per call order where room standards are not promptly met.
