About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation W912LM-26-R-A009, Portable Latrine and Greywater Services, issued by the Department of the Army Minnesota Army National Guard.

The document addresses four key inquiries from potential offerors regarding service delivery and pricing structure. Q1 clarifies that water tanks are transported by requesting units via flat racks or HMMWVs depending on size, rather than being provided by the contractor on trailers. Q2-Q4 direct offerors to paragraph 5.2 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for service descriptions and Technical Exhibit 4 for estimated quantities regarding latrine cleaning services quantities, movement procedures, and line item pricing considerations. Notably, one respondent suggested that separation of movement and cleaning into distinct line items may be more cost-effective given the relative expense of transportation versus cleaning services. This document does not address response dates, award dates, or pricing terms, as it solely provides clarifications on service scope and logistical responsibilities outlined in the primary PWS documentation.
