There is an operational requirement to provide field sanitation support for Soldiers when they are training at the Camp Ripley Training Center.
1.2.2 Chemical Latrine. Portable chemical latrines are used at Camp Ripley Training Site and Arden Hills Army Training Site (AHATS) where no permanent or established latrines are available. There is a requirement to provide portable latrines in these training sites upon request from Units. The portable chemical latrines require maintenance and cleaning while in use.
