About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document dated November 29, 2024 for a dining facility contract at Camp Ripley Training Center. The document clarifies key contract details including current contracted meal prices ($10.00 for breakfast, $10.25 for lunch/dinner/bag lunch), payment terms (Net 30 days), and that the contractor is responsible for paper products but not for trays, plates, silverware, and kitchen utensils which are government-furnished.
The Q&A addresses operational requirements including that the 85% minimum meal count guarantee applies to the 72-hour advance headcount rather than the monthly task order, contractors must use Executive Order 14026 minimum wage rates effective 1/1/2025 for pricing, and wage pass-throughs will be permitted for future increases. The document confirms the current contract number as W912LM-21-D-0001 and notes that contractors set walk-in customer meal prices. Proposal submissions can be in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format (no zipped or password-protected files), and Past Performance Questionnaire POC information must be provided in case questionnaires are not received by the deadline.
