About this file
This document contains a request for information and answers related to a federal contract opportunity for carpet replacement at the Regional Training Institute at Camp Dawson in Kingwood, West Virginia. The work includes removing and replacing approximately 63,000 square feet of carpeting, rubber wall baseboard, and carpet transitions across one wing at a time to minimize disruption. The contractor will be responsible for moving and resetting furniture, providing storage for materials on site during work, and disposing of waste. A total small business set-aside applies to the project, which is valued between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Responses to the request for information indicate the contractor will not be provided lodging on base and must provide their own dumpster.
